Return Eligibility<\/h2>\n<p>To be eligible, items must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be unopened and unused<\/li>\n<li>Remain in original packaging with all tags and seals intact<\/li>\n<li>Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Products returned without contacting us first or missing these conditions may not be accepted<\/p>\n<h2>3.
